Last Saturday, another online meeting with Albanian professionals in the diaspora took place for the members of the Ivanaj Foundation Volunteer Hub in Tirana as part of our R.I.N.I. program for youth. The interest of young people to have a conversation with Albanian experts outside the borders was high and the demands numerous; thus, the Ivanaj Foundation’s staff enabled a virtual meeting dedicated only to questions from its young followers and answers from its volunteering experts.

Topics discussed varied from young people's curiosity to learn about the education system abroad, to career opportunities, to suggestions on ways to be more involved in decision-making in Albania, etc.

Among other things, our experts dedicated some time in giving advices on how to engage more in decision-making. "Decision making begins in your daily life," – said one of them – “Choices you make every moment of the day are decisions you make”. “In a broader context, the commitment to problem solving individually, or in groups, leads you to propose solutions and influence decision-making”, the expert added later.

The R.I.N.I series of meetings brings together young people in Albania and abroad with Albanian experts in the diaspora. Virtual meetings in this context will continue, and with them also others in our ongoing effort to always offer a range of unique educational and cultural experiences even for broader and diverse audiences. Therefore, we invite you to follow us in our social media and to join us by subscribing to our website.
