As per our mission and goals of advancing education and knowledge for Albanian youth and our vision to foster a society enriched by its cultural traditions, innovative teaching, and entrepreneurial spirit, we, at the Ivanaj Foundation Institut in Tirana, re-join the celebrations of Teacher's Day and International Women's Day that in Albania fall within the same week of March.
Recognizing the unbelievable character that women play in every aspect of life, in conjunction also with their official role as educators, is something that should always be observed, and Albania, along these lines, offers incredible past history and valuable examples.
Women and teachers are the architects of our future, molding, with their dedication, young minds to become proud citizens and even leaders, especially during these challenging times that drive today’s societal progress.
A global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women is thus a day to reflect on progress, call for change, and rejoice about acts of courage and determination by women, who have played an extraordinary role in the history of their countries and communities.
We renew our commitment to education and the empowerment of all individuals, as we honor our teachers and the women in our lives, not just with words, but through actions that reflect our shared values and aspirations for a better world.
