As the festive season wraps up, we are thrilled to share the heartwarming success of our recent Holiday Gift Drive. This year, our Foundation’s inspirational goal was to bring joy to children diagnosed with autism through the gift of toys and books.
The initiative is born from a simple yet profound understanding that every child deserves the wonder of a new toy, and the adventure in the pages of a book. For children diagnosed with autism, specially selected toys and books can be more than just playthings – they are gateways to learning, understanding, and joy. As we previously mentioned, this year we decided to donate all the gifts to the ‘Resources Class’ of “Kushtrimi i Lirisë” School where kids diagnosed with autism learn. This school needs specialized resources, including toys and didactic tools, which are crucial for their advancement and holistic development. The availability of these educational materials is essential not only for fostering a conducive learning environment but also for supporting the unique developmental needs of these children, enabling them to reach their full potential.
Our heartfelt thanks go out to every individual, family, and our collaborators British Embassy of Tirana, Dertliu High School and Albanian International School that contributed to this cause. Your generosity has been overwhelming.
