Below you will find some tips on how to deal with this situation.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Eat healthy and consume as much water as possible. Eating healthy helps you maintain your body\u2019s daily functions as well as can help prevent disease.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Take care of yourself. Get a good night&#8217;s sleep, exercise regularly, practice relaxation techniques when you&#8217;re stressed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Limit your exposure to the media. Frequent exposure to various media causes anxiety. You need to select reliable sources of information, preventing misinformation.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Talk to your loved ones about your concerns and how you are feeling. Having someone to listen to can help you feel the support you need and be less lonely.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Try to keep a routine, with scheduled reading sessions and other activities. Also plan activities that you have always wanted to do but have not had enough time, such as: learning a foreign language, learning a musical instrument, participating in online courses, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Take care of children and the elderly. Various studies have shown that by helping others, individuals improve their emotional well-being.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Be resilient. You need to be aware that you are stronger than you think and can handle this situation. Look at the positive side, you already have more time for family and yourself.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Seek professional help if needed. Many psychologists are conducting their counseling sessions online.
