The final event of the INNOVET project that marked the culmination of efforts under the ProSEED 2.0 and EU4Innovation frameworks, implemented collaboratively by the M & M Ivanaj Foundation Institut, MMFI ALBANIA SHPK, and VET Nr.1 Tirana, took place within the premises of the Ivanaj Foundation in Tirana on June 20, 2024.

Started over a year ago this project, engaged over 200 students, who received training from experts across various fields of professional education. Their comprehensive training was designed to support them in their educational journeys and better prepare them for the challenges of the job market.

The INNOVET initiative aimed to pave the way for new horizons in education and employment within Albania. By enhancing the understanding and opportunities available to students, the project focused on preparing them to make substantial contributions to the country’s workforce. This initiative is particularly vital for students of the Public Vocational Center, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to meet the demands of the modern labor market.

Two panels of collaborators that played a crucial role in the project's success were featured during this last event which served not only as a celebration of the project's achievements but also as a platform for discussing future opportunities and challenges. The insights shared by the panelists highlighted the importance of continued collaboration and investment in vocational education to sustain the positive momentum generated by INNOVET.
