It’s important to note that gradually we are entering the green zone. Things are getting back to normal and maybe a new phase is about to start. We are all aware of the fact that this situation taught us a lot in terms of social, economic and political aspect. But above all, GRATITUDE.
Count your blessings. Pick a time to sit down and write your blessings, reflecting on what we went through or what we are grateful for. It helps a lot to cope with sensations we felt when something good or not so good happened to us. Those who are religious can use prayer to cultivate gratitude as well. So, we must say thank you for being safe and sound around our beloved ones.
I, wholeheartedly, believe that this trend will decrease, life will flourish and blossom again. At this time, many of us are back to work, taking control of the situation left two months ago. However, most important, we are healthy! We should be thankful to what we believe, embrace our families, give warm hugs to people we love and care and spread some kindness.
Gratitude is the fairest blossom which springs from the soul. Happiness cannot be owned, earned, worn, or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude. Let us make each of our days better and full of hope.
