As already pre-announced on Facebook, “Find Your Roots” is a very special 16 days program offered by the Ivanaj Foundations of New York and Tirana, in collaboration with one of its partners, Adriatik Tours LLC, which will take place in Albania from May 30th thru June 14th, 2020.
It is especially tailored for young adults of Albanian origin to expose them to the country of their ancestors, while practicing the Albanian language, and promoting their national identity, but it may also appeal to other similarly young individuals interested in Eastern European history and culture.
The focus is on practical language usage in a relaxed and friendly environment, with opportunities not only of making new friends while traveling, but also enjoying a variety of cultural activities and planned visits to historical sites, guided by expert and dependable personnel.
