The "M. & M. Ivanaj Foundation Institute" has not been fully active so far due to the lack of its own facilities and the troublesome situation in the country over the past few years.

Nevertheless, the New York Corporation has continued its work toward the realization of its main goal: the development of the Albanian Institute that will eventually provide planned facilities right where they are intended to be, locally, within the country, to help the young population of Albania forge their own future.

The Institute will serve as local headquarters in Tirana. In addition to becoming the repository of all family documents, the Institute will operate as the focal point, within Albania, where students and scholars alike, regardless of their origin, can do research, plan, network, learn and even teach.
