Drita A. IVANAJ - President and Treasurer
Drita A. Ivanaj, C.C.P. Drita Ivanaj, with BA's in Science and Economics, is a Certified Computer Professional, who had two full time careers: in business management and large contracts administration for the international conglomerate of FIAT, and in information systems and large computer operations at Columbia University in New York. Ms. Ivanaj is the founder and President of The Martin and Mirash Ivanaj Foundation in New York, and the M. & M. Ivanaj Foundation Institute in Tirana (Albania), which promote Albanian education and culture. She has been an active member of many professional organizations; has served as an Advisory Member and a Trustee of NAAC (National Albanian American Council) in Washington, DC, and as a Board Member of AAWO (Albanian American Women Organization) in New York City.
John Lenzi is a higher education professional who served in a number of executive positions at Columbia University over 20 years and is now the Registrar of the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His academic studies included human development, psychology and psychoanalysis with a special interest in media and technology as represented in popular culture. He also was adjunct faculty in the department of Special Education at Hunter College teaching psycho-educational assessment. He has a certificate from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business on High Impact Leadership. He is the Vice President of the Martin and Mirash Ivanaj Foundation.
Ellen K. Jordan, C.C.P. Ellen K. Jordan is a Certified Computer Professional and holds a BA in Social Science from Fordham University. She worked in administrative and managerial capacity with architects, designers, producers, doctors and sports personalities. As Assistant Director and Producer at Home Box Office (HBO) she worked on several theatrical productions, and as Facilities manager at Chase Manhattan Bank she handled major special events. She assisted the Olympic Production Committee in the production of "Superskates" at Madison Square Garden for many years, is an accomplished artist, a talented photographer. and an active member of several professional organizations. She is the Secretary of the Board for The Martin and Mirash Ivanaj Foundation. |
